They're dropping the subscription model. They're going with the Guild Wars model.

You pay the initial one time purchase, you get all the current content including the Sandstorm agency-vs-agency world conquer mode from what I understand.

It's also 33% off on Steam right now. Thoughts?

It's a good game, just not worth a sub in my opinion.
